  • Food & Beverages – Food and beverages may be served in the room you have reserved; however, they must be removed immediately upon the conclusion of your event. You are responsible for your own catering arrangements. We do not have kitchen facilities. The Foundation does not provide: plates, cups, napkins, utensils, ice, a refrigerator, coffee pots, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc. for either room.

RENTAL RATES

Community Room - 80 people seated in rows; 65 people seated at tables

  • Nonprofit Rental: $25/hr
  • Business Rental: $50/hr
  • Available 7 days a week

Board Room – Seating up to 20

  • Nonprofit Rental: $15/hr
  • Business Rental: $30/hr
  • Available M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Small Conference Room 6 people seated around the conference table with available seating up to 8

  • Nonprofit Rental: $10/hr
  • Business Rental: $20/hr
  • Available M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Rochester Area Foundation fund holders may rent space at 25% less than the listed rates.
